为了无法忘却的纪念：回忆在MSRA/STC

    最后一次走出微软中关村大楼，站在十字路口，侧脸望去，天空湛蓝，两个月的回忆亲切而温暖，我竟一时不去想任何形容心情的词句。或许我将不再回来，或许我只是暂时离开，再或者，我会路过这里，进来喝杯茶跟你们大家打个招呼。但无论如何，我曾经来过这里，已经足够了不是吗？于是我微笑转身，大步向前…

    于2011.05.28号参加微软SDE笔试，2011.6.10号接到面试通知，2011.06.29号，经过两轮的技术面试后，于当晚顺利拿到MSRA/STC的实习Offer，于07.09号奔赴北京，并于07.19号入职STC。09.22号下午6点准时办理完所有的离职手续，于09.23号晚9点踏上从北京西站回归武汉的火车。

    两个月的时间或许漫长，或许短暂，遇到了一些人，经历了一些事，成为了我生命沿途风景中灿烂的一笔。当我开始细细口味这段经历，发现自己收获的不仅仅是知识，更多的是一种感动，感谢MSRA/STC，感谢太多人给了我这段美好的回忆。

    除了Mentor Jun和Xiya给予了我很多帮助之外，Li是我一定要好好感谢的人，你让我对架构有了更深入的理解，感谢我的Partner Kun，两个月的合作很愉快，希望你最终能够签署一份称心满意的工作，以后的日子请保持联系。

    09.22号下午6点，当我们的Demo Show落下帷幕的那一刻，我知道，我们的努力得到了其他人的认可，这两个月来辛苦的付出都是值得的。最后那一幕简短的对话至今印象深刻：Michael Zeng says: "Good Job!"，We say:"3Q~"，哈哈~

    于是那晚在公司，我写到：Last night at Microsoft Research Asia / Search Technology Center. I miss all these things happen in these two months, from 2011.07.19~2011.09.22. Thanks for these people: my mentors, my colleagues, my friends, many kind person and you my partner. We've done the great Job, right?

Hi all,

    It is awonderful experience as an intern in STC. In about two months, I and Kun participated in the development of the project FastRank Visualization, and we showed our demo to STC team in 9.22.

    Time passes quickly like a white pony's shadow across a crevice. When the first week as I went into STC, everything is fresh for me, and I don't know how to work. My mentor: Jun Jin and Xiya Zhong help me, and drive me into the project development, I learn the culture of Microsoft and research & development styles; the project managers and drivers: Dong Li, Shi Xia, Shi Yu, Jun Yan make the plan for us every week, thanks for them, the development goes well; project develop leader Li Tan gives us a lot of advice and help us to solve a lot of problems, from him, I learn how to design a proper system infrastructure for a visualization project, and how to make our code become more elegant. My colleagues Lei Ji, ShanShan Zhang, Sawyer Shen, Xiao Shen, Yuelei Xie and ZeKan Qian, help me to solve the problems I met, these do a lot of benefits for understanding the FastRank. Thanks for my partner Kun Fang, it is a happy cooperation with him for these 2 months.

    Thanks very much for all of people above, you sure gave me a very happy memory~

    Today is my check out time, and I have finished the API Files of backstage and add the comments for our code already.

    I give them to Kun, and he will integrate all of the source code and files together.
